One hundred kilometers seem so far away
Your challenging spirit makes the distance fade away
The first step opens the road ahead
The second step shows where hopes tread
Each breath you make affirms courage
and strength to carry on
Your sweat glistens beneath an azure sky
stronger than heat, faster than the wind
tender as the twilight
Whittling down the time with your passion
drawing me to your world
in the gravity of the moment
second by second
my life to your life
