April 2016 Open Reading Review

The Nagoya Writes goes back several decades. A literary, English speaking circle, that give writers a chance to express their work in a supportive surrounding.  It has waxed and waned in its many years.  Some come often for a period of time, then move on.  New voices join with new views and styles.  The Nagoya Writes flexes with the times.  Last year was a good run.  Often with a full room of writers joining in.  This year, there is change with some key members having moved on.  I hope we can wax once again.  I have talked with new arrivals and look forward to their contributions.  If you have not attended for a long time or feel shy about joining a new group, I encourage you to join in.  We need your efforts, your writings and your voices to make the Nagoya Writes vibrant.

  1. Hello, I am interested in joining your group. I am an aspiring children’s picture book author. Is this group still active? Will there be a June get together?

    • Thank for your comment. Yes, there’ll be a June open reading and I’ll contact you about that by email about that.
